class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>As he was born in an environment where good food is key, since his early childhood Thomas Boullault said he wanted to become a chef. In his native Sologne, he started his education to culinary art with Jean Marie Benni at La Fert\u00e9 Imbault and learned the basics of French cuisine. Then, he worked in Romorantin alongside Philippe Valin, a Michelin-starred chef.<br \/>\nA few years later, Thomas Boullault seized the opportunity to come to Paris and took part in the reopening of the George V hotel. In this unique adventure, he worked hand in hand with Philippe Legendre, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, who was also awarded three macaroons by the Michelin Guide. There Thomas Boullault learned from this Master of French Haute Cuisine and developed his own skills.<br \/>\nHe continued his ascent as assistant chef to Christophe Pel\u00e9 at the Royal Monceau, where he felt the urge for a cuisine \u201cd\u2019instinct\u201d.<br \/>\nIn 2007, he took the plunge and became Chef at L\u2019Ar\u00f4me. He was only 28 years old and another two years later, he was awarded his first Michelin star.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-322398-1-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor\" data-index=\"3\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h2 class=\"widget-title\">A sustainable and committed approach to cuisine.<\/h2>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>The Chef favours seasonable food in order to create a menu in line with the requirements of sustainable cuisine. He makes it a point of honour to carefully choose his producers and to adopt an eco-friendly approach to cooking.<br \/>\nLast but not least, his commitment is not limited to his producers. Indeed, Thomas Boullault\u2019s clients are at the heart of his passion.<br \/>\n\u00ab A product is good when the producer sets himself high standards of production and precision.
